How long does shipping take for a complete skateboard?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for our warehouse team to professionally assemble and grip your complete deck.
What is your return policy on used skateboards?
We only accept returns on unused, un-skated items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a deck has been gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do you ship Baker products internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are Baker decks covered by a warranty?
Baker decks are warranted against manufacturer defects such as delamination. However, the warranty does not cover breakage due to impact, normal wear and tear, or improper landing.
