At Baker Skateboards, we stand by our products and want to ensure you are stoked on your gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your deck, apparel, or hardware is in its original, unused condition with all shrink-wrap and tags intact.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method and wait 5-7 business days for processing once received.
